What I have learn in two years using Business Model Generation thinking and Canvas

Maybe on the greatest book of 2010s is called: Business Model Generation: A Handbook for Visionaries, Game Changers, and Challengers

I have been using this thinking model and tools from the book two years now. Results have been amazing. The most notable changes on my business is been:

1. Faster learning and changing direction of business

2. Cheaper failures

3. Easy management with team

4. Better results from customers

5. Better understanding the hole picture what I’m doing

I will continue working this great method of thinking and tool. This year I will get some results how big my business models are growing.

What are business growth areas?

Easiest way to achieve growth on your business is be on the business areas which growth. There are lot’s of companies who try to find out new business areas and starts learning how to work with them. The best known areas 2014 are games, robotechnics and health care. Are there anything else in the future? I thinks there is.

Business areas I think you should start to learn and focusing to growth in the future:

  • Tools which related to internet commerce and trading
  • 3D printing
  • Nanotechnology
  • Agritech

In year 2025 there will be eight billion people living on earth, and they all have to eat.
