It’s great method to increase motivation. Key elements are points, badges, achievements, feedback and leader board.

Gamification isn’t shortcut to happiness and success. It isn’t just making the game. Gamification method has been earlier when we was a child. But like every method, it has been rise because the hole gaming industry has been rised.
